Mark Atkinson
Mark is the Campus Manager at Lincoln Institute of Higher Education in Sydney, Australia, where he oversees the coordination of daily campus operations.
He ensures that facilities, resources, and support services run efficiently to provide an optimal learning environment for students.Mark holds a Diploma in Front Line Management and brings decades of business experience, having owned and operated a successful surf wear company. He has also worked with numerous charities and not-for-profit organisations, managing and organising events for people with disabilities.
Outside of work, he enjoys the Australian outdoors — from the beach to the bush — as well as playing sports and spending time with family and friends.

Vijaya Lakshmi Ryali
Vijaya is an administrative professional in higher education and an experienced educator with a background in early childhood education.
She holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and has completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, a Certificate III in Education Support, and is currently completing a Certificate IV in Business Administration.At Lincoln Institute of Higher Education, Vijaya has been actively involved in student support, enrolment management, academic operations, and compliance. She has contributed to streamlining administrative processes, assisting with accreditation, and supporting the implementation of learning management systems such as Meshed and Canvas.
Lecturer and Academic Learning Support Manager
Dr. Hema Malichah
Dr. Hema Malichah Govindarajan is a Lecturer and the Academic Learning Support Manager at Lincoln Institute of Higher Education, bringing over 12 years of teaching experience in higher education. She holds a BA, MA, M.Phil, and PhD in English, and has contributed extensively to teaching, research, and curriculum development across a wide range of subjects.
Her expertise spans literary theories including Deconstruction, Avant-Gardism, Cultivation Theory, Simulacrum, Reader Response Theory, and Diaspora Studies. She also has strong academic interests in ESL, Business English, Linguistics, Soft Skills, Journalism, Media Studies, Literary Criticism, Research Methodology, and Academic Literacy.
Her doctoral thesis received high commendation, and she was awarded a Gold Medal for academic excellence during her postgraduate studies.She has supervised postgraduate research, presented and published widely, and served as a keynote speaker, moderator, and panelist at international conferences.
Outside of academia, she enjoys reading, doodling, photography, and kayaking. Passionate about student development, she is dedicated to fostering a love of reading and reviving a vibrant reading culture among young adults.

Dr Jason Chu
Dr. Jason Chu is a dedicated lecturer at Lincoln Institute of Higher Education, where he has been developing and delivering engaging course materials for the Master of Information Systems program since January 2024.
He also serves as a sessional lecturer at Western Sydney University and the University of Wollongong, a role he has held since 2016, teaching subjects such as Cyber Security, Database Systems, System Analysis, and Visualization.
He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Western Sydney University, a Doctor of Ministry from Andersonville Theology Seminary, a Master’s degree in Computer Research from Charles Sturt University, a Master’s degree in IT Management from Innotech Institute France, and a Graduate Certificate in Internetworking from the University of Technology Sydney.
Jason’s research focuses on cybersecurity, IoT, and AI deep learning and machine learning, with numerous publications in reputable journals.

Timothy Davey
Tim is a Marketing and Human Resources professional with over three years of experience across the education, non-profit, and consumer health sectors.
Since 2024, he has served as an HR Officer at Lincoln Institute of Higher Education, where he manages recruitment, staff training, and student support services. Prior to this, he worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Raise Foundation, promoting youth mentoring programs and improving school engagement.Currently pursuing a Master of Psychotherapy and Counselling at Western Sydney University, Tim also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Human Resource Management. He has led large-scale conservation projects, coordinated volunteer teams, and delivered environmental education programs across diverse sectors.
Ram holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Brain, Behaviour & Evolution from Macquarie University, along with multiple qualifications in land management and ecological restoration.
As a long-time volunteer with the Vedanta Centre, he has coordinated community events and educational initiatives, contributing to cultural and social wellbeing.
